The catalogue and initial enquiry document help you communicate buying intent. An enquiry is not an order or a formal quotation.
Commercial conditions
Price, MOQ, materials, availability, customization, payment, shipping and lead time require separate confirmation for the selected products before an order is agreed.
Submission and communication
A receipt confirmation indicates acceptance by the enquiry service. Opening an email or WhatsApp draft does not send it; you must complete that action in the relevant application.
